The location provides easy access for show attendance at the sphere.
The room I received needed significant attention. A full cleaning was necessary before unpacking (i did not expect this). the bathroom sink drain was slow and unpleasant.

The room was spacious. It had a sitting area where I could relax after a long day. There was a coffee machine and a fridge in the room for my convenience.
The parking lot was under maintenance, this caused some inconvenience. I found screws and nails in the parking area after the maintenance work, this worried me.
